The artform of burning images onto wood, called pyrography, has been a hobby of the artist for several years.
Each image takes approximately 3 hours from beginning concept to the completion of burning. Each burned piece is allowed to cool for 24 hours, and then begins a 3 day varnishing process. All items are sealed with several layers of semi-gloss clear varnish, to preserve them in both indoor and outdoor applications.
All artwork displayed throughout this site was burned by hand, from photographs submitted by our clients.
